The first album of the trio line-up features song of playful savagenes along with crisp arrangements that rarely exceed a length of 4 minutes... Peavy's much more melodic vocals and Manni's delicate guitar work bear witness to this. Besides speed smashers as Wasteland and Animal Instict there are also progressive nuances like in Death in the Afternoon or Time and Place... Even if the guitar could use some more power from today's point of view, the result is impressive...
